J. Howard (Jim) Kucher, Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Baltimore’s
Merrick School of Business Kucher
began his business career as the third generation of a closely held insurance business, and honed his skills as an “intrapreneur”
when he served as a founding member of Zurich Small Business, a fully web-enabled business insurance delivery system launched
in 1994 and currently producing $1.6B in revenue. While an MBA student at UB, he launched Wickford Technologies, a start-up
electronics component manufacturer. He used that experience as the basis for founding Marketus Maximus, a boutique management
consultancy that has assisted client companies in strategic planning, market research and segmentation, business development
and sales management. Kucher received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kean University in 1986, and earned an M.B.A. from the
University of Baltimore in 2001. He also holds certificates as a Project Management Professional (2001) and a New Product
Development Professional (2003). Kucher has taught marketing, management, sales and product development at UB and has taught
at various area schools.

Neil Muldrow, Principal Muldrow Parker &
Associates Ackneil M. Muldrow, II, is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Development
Credit Fund, Inc., ("Fund") a $14.0 million commercial lender/loan fund manager that makes loans to small and minority-owned
businesses in the mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Muldrow has had a very broad civic interest in Baltimore and the State of Maryland
as he served on the State's first Lottery Commission. And, he was a member of the University of Maryland's Chancellor's
Advisory Board; University of Maryland Medical System, James Lawrence Kernan Hospital and the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
Mr. Muldrow is currently a Director of Bon Secours Baltimore Health System, Bon Secours of Maryland Foundation

Manny Rosales, Washington, D.C. Director of the
Latino Coaltion Mr.
Rosales served as the Assistant Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Office of International
Trade. Before joining the SBA, Mr. Rosales successfully operated his own financial services company, Inter-American Financial
Services. In 1992 Mr. Rosales was elected chairman of the California Hispanic
Chamber of Commerce, where he served five years. Mr. Rosales was also twice-elected to the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce,
where he was instrumental in providing national forums for small business issues and expanding opportunities for Hispanic-owned
businesses internationally

Bill Villanueva, Maryland Governors Office
of Minority Affairs Bill has 25+ years of business experience. He
currently serves as a Board member for the Maryland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, (State wide chamber) is a founding member
of the Baltimore Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a Founding member/First Chair of the Annual Maryland Hispanic Business Conference
and Founder of the Latino Center of Baltimore, (Centro
De La Comunidad). Bill has been
known for, and continues to be a strong advocate for Latino/Minority Business Community and Community at Large issues throughout
the State of Maryland, and the Nation.

Richard G. Yerón, M.D. is a specialist in Internal Medicine. He completed his
Internal Medicine Residency at the Polyclinic Medical Center in Harrisburg, PA serving his last year as Chief Resident. He
owns his own private practice in Frederick. Now, most of his practice comprises caring for the Hispanic community in Frederick,
which is estimated to be the 15th fastest growing Hispanic county in the USA. He is the board president of Centro De Familia,
an information, and referral nonprofit organization in Frederick, MD helping immigrant families. He has been involved in several
community based volunteer anti-terrorism projects.

Dr.
Irene M. Zoppi Rodríguez is a Minority Education Research Consultant and Motivational Speaker. She is former
Adjunct Professor from the College of Notre Dame, Strayer University and University of Maryland, College Park. Additionally,
Dr. Zoppi is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army (Reserve) with expertise in the military intelligence, civil affairs, and
public affairs fields. Dr. Zoppi holds a Ph.D. in Education Policy,
Planning, and Administration from the University of Maryland (2004); a Master’s in Business Administration from Johns
Hopkins University (2000); and Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from the University of Puerto Rico. Currently, she serves
as the Executive Director for Centro de Ayuda/Center of Help (501c3) non-profit charitable organization in Annapolis, Maryland.

Katherine M. Oliver, M.S. Assistant State Superintendent Maryland State Department of
Education Division of Career Technology & Adult Education She leads a division of the Maryland State
Department of Education dedicated to excellence and innovation in adult education and career and technology education programs.
Mrs. Oliver was appointed to her current position in 1989 and is the nations most senior State Director of Career Technology
Education. Earlier in her career, she was a member of the Division of Rehabilitation Services Executive Team and also worked
with Maryland’s Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation in workforce development. She is a graduate of the College
of Notre Dame of Maryland and received a Master of Science Degree in Administration and Management from Hood College in Frederick,
Maryland. Mrs. Oliver serves on a variety of local, state, and national advisory boards related to education and workforce
development.

Aris Melissaratos, Special
Advisor to the President Johns Hopkins University Secretary Melissaratos was born in Galatz, Romania, December 3, 1943. His family immigrated
to Maryland from Greece in 1956 at age 13. He holds degrees from The Johns Hopkins University, B.S. (electrical engineering),
1966; George Washington University, M.S. (engineering management), 1969. Aris Melissaratos, former secretary of Maryland's
Department of Business and Economic Development and is currently at The Johns Hopkins University as special adviser
to the president for enterprise development. Melissaratos is a 1966 Johns Hopkins graduate and longtime member of
the Whiting School of Engineering's National Advisory Council. He will have overall responsibility for building the
university's relationship with business and forging new connections between the research and corporate communities.
